Job summary

IHG, L.C. is seeking a Consultant Global Corporate Account to serve as subject matter expert for GCA/GSFO initiatives. The role leads audits, supports sales programs such as Corporate Gold, and drives RPA automation.

You will coordinate with GT and Product, maintain process docs, and onboard new team members. Responsibilities include leading projects, liaising with managers on training updates, and ensuring end-to-end process integrity across the GCA/GSFO teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading audits and projects to support Global Sales initiatives.
• Liaises with managers to update training materials reflecting process changes.
• Develops and maintains GCA/GSFO end-to-end process documentation.
• Delivers refresher trainings and onboarding support.
