Job summary

Ihg, L.c. is hiring a Sales Operations Consultant for Global Sales Functional Operations in the Philippines.

The role provides administrative and technical support, managing CRM, reservation systems, and GDSs, while ensuring data accuracy and generating reports to streamline processes. The position requires at least three years in sales operations or analytics, strong Excel skills, and the ability to liaise with partners and stakeholders professionally.

Qualifications

• A diploma or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in sales operations/GDS, analytics, or sales enablement.
• Proven time management skills.
• Ability to interact on a professional level with business partners and key stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with good analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of IHG products, rates, and programs.
• Knowledge and experience of Sales & Reporting Systems (Salesforce, Tableau, GRS, GDSs: Sabre, Worldspan, Apollo/Galileo)

Responsibilities

• Support key stakeholders with Ad Hoc requests in line with evolving sales requirements.
• Identify internal operations gaps to enable efficiency improvements.
• Provide operational support by managing issues, discrepancies, and requests.
• Initiate and manage Rate Audits with GDS/TPI for Global Sales and rate escalations.
• Conduct test bookings and escalate defects to relevant teams.
• Act as SME and escalation point for Global Sales queries related to GRS and GDSs.
• Triages escalations and reports back to stakeholders until resolved.
• Assist in setup, build, and implementation of Global Sales programs and promotions.
