S&P Global Energy in Manila seeks a Contract Commercial Support Specialist to assist the contract management team with accurate CPQ data entry, manage global orders (new, amended, renewals), and track case statuses from deal creation to fulfillment.

You will collaborate with Sales and other departments to resolve client inquiries, ensure adherence to CPQ procedures and SLAs, support audits, and contribute to ongoing improvements in contract workflows.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in contract management and order processing.
• Proficiency in accurate data entry within CPQ systems.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Perform contract data entry into CPQ deals.
• Manage global orders, including new orders, amendments, and renewals, with emphasis on complex accounts.
• Track the status of cases to ensure smooth processing from deal creation through fulfillment and invoicing.
• Monitor escalations from stakeholders; gather responses to ensure prompt case resolution.
• Assist Sales with client inquiries regarding products, billing, and contract status.
• Provide contract management support to the sales organization; attend BPM meetings and report statuses.
• Ensure 100% adherence to CPQ procedures and SLAs; meet business requirements.
• Collaborate to resolve contract management issues across the organization.
• Document activities and progress for audits and compliance.
