Job summary

S&P Global Energy in Manila is seeking a Contract Commercial Support Specialist to assist with CPQ data entry, global orders, and renewals. You will track case statuses, respond to inquiries, and ensure deals move smoothly from creation to fulfillment with accuracy.

The role requires collaboration across Sales and other teams to resolve issues, maintain audit readiness, follow CPQ procedures, and meet SLAs while upholding pricing and legal standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in contract management and order processing
• Proficient data entry in CPQ systems or similar platforms
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical skills with ability to track case statuses and ensure smooth transaction processing
• Established ability to work effectively across multiple departments and teams

Responsibilities

• Perform contract data entry into CPQ deals.
• Manage all global orders, including new orders, amendments, and renewals, with emphasis on complex accounts.
• Track the status of cases to ensure smooth transaction processing from deal creation through fulfillment and invoicing.
• Monitor escalations from Sales, Client Services, and other teams.
• Gather responses and clarifications from all relevant teams to ensure prompt case resolution.
• Assist Sales with client inquiries regarding products, billing, account and contract status, address changes, cancellation requests, rebill requests, and related matters.
• Provide high level contract management support to the sales organization.
• Attend BPM meetings and report deal and case statuses for key accounts.
• Ensure 100% adherence to CPQ ecosystem and service procedures, providing actionable metrics.
• Meet or exceed business SLAs and process requirements through prioritization and timely resolution.
• Collaborate across the S&P Global Energy organization to resolve sales contract management issues.
• Contribute to review and improvement of departmental processes and workflows.
• Document activities, communications, and case progress within CPQ.
• Provide information and documentation for audits.
