Job summary

S&P Global Energy is seeking a Contract Commercial Support Specialist to ensure accurate CPQ data entry and efficient global order management. You will handle new, amended, and renewal contracts, track case statuses, and resolve escalations to meet SLAs and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 2-3 years of contract management and order processing experience.
• Proven accuracy in data entry within CPQ or similar platforms.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
• Strong analytics to track case statuses and ensure smooth processing.
• Ability to work across multiple departments and teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform contract data entry into CPQ deals.
• Manage global orders including new, amendments, and renewals for complex accounts.
• Track case statuses from deal creation to fulfillment and invoicing.
• Monitor escalations from Sales, Client Services, and other teams.
• Gather information from relevant teams to resolve cases promptly.
• Assist Sales with client inquiries about products, billing, and contract status.
• Provide high-level contract management support to sales teams.
• Attend BPM meetings and report deal and case statuses as needed.
• Ensure adherence to CPQ processes and SLAs with actionable metrics.
• Collaborate across S&P Global Energy to resolve contract issues timely.
• Contribute to updating departmental processes and workflows.
• Document all activities and case progress in CPQ for audits.
