Job summary

S&P Global Energy is seeking a Contract Commercial Support Specialist to help ensure accurate contract data entry, manage global orders, and monitor case statuses from deal creation to fulfillment.

You will collaborate with Sales, Client Services, and other teams to resolve contract issues, maintain compliance with pricing and legal standards, and support audit readiness through diligent documentation and process execution. This role offers exposure to a Fortune 500 energy organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in contract management and order processing.
• Proficient data entry in CPQ or similar systems.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills to track case statuses.

Responsibilities

• Perform contract data entry into CPQ deals.
• Manage all global orders, including new orders, amendments, and renewals.
• Track the status of cases through fulfillment and invoicing.
• Monitor escalations and gather information for prompt resolution.
• Assist Sales with client inquiries on products, billing, and contract status.
• Attend BPM meetings and report deal statuses.
• Ensure adherence to CPQ procedures and SLAs.
• Collaborate across the Energy organization to resolve issues.
