Job summary

S&P Global Energy is seeking a Contract Commercial Support Specialist to support the contract management team with data entry in CPQ, global order management, and SLA-driven processing from deal creation to fulfillment.

In this role, you will collaborate with Sales and other departments to resolve client inquiries, maintain audit-ready documentation, and ensure compliance with pricing and legal standards across global accounts. US timings apply, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in contract management and order processing.
• Proficient data entry in CPQ systems and ability to track case statuses.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Enter contract data into CPQ accurately.
• Manage global orders: new orders, amendments, and renewals.
• Track the status of cases from deal creation to invoicing.
• Collaborate with Sales and other teams to resolve inquiries.
• Attend BPM meetings and report deal statuses for key accounts.
• Ensure adherence to CPQ procedures and SLAs.
• Document activities for audits and audits readiness.
