Job summary

S&P Global Energy is seeking a Contract Commercial Support Specialist to help manage CPQ data entry, global orders, renewals, and escalations. You will support Sales, Client Services, and other teams to ensure timely processing and accurate contract management.

The role emphasizes adherence to CPQ processes, audit readiness, and collaboration across the energy organization to meet SLAs and drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of contract management and order processing experience.
• Proficient data entry in CPQ or similar platforms.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills to track statuses and ensure smooth processing.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Perform contract data entry into CPQ deals.
• Manage global orders including new, amended, and renewals for major accounts.
• Track case statuses from deal creation to fulfillment and invoicing.
• Monitor escalations and gather responses for prompt resolution.
• Assist Sales with client inquiries about products, billing, status, and changes.
• Provide high-level contract management support to sales and report statuses as needed.
• Ensure adherence to CPQ procedures and business SLAs.
