Job summary

8x8 International Philippine Branch Office is seeking a Deal Operations Specialist to ensure deals move from signed to in service with accuracy and efficiency. You will bridge Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and Customer Success to validate contracts, configure orders, and maintain system integrity.

The role focuses on post-sales processing, including onboarding new customers, API integration support, and revenue-recognition alignment in a hybrid setup at APAC hours from the Manila region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in Deal Operations or related post-sales function is a plus (CPaaS, SaaS, or telecom).
• Proficiency with JIRA/Zendesk and order management/billing systems.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients and assist API integrations for CPaaS solutions.
• Validate contracts, pricing, and product configurations before entry.
• Enter and manage orders and costing in internal systems; ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate with Finance/Legal/Product/CS for smooth handoffs.
• Identify inefficiencies in post-sales workflow and propose improvements.
• Support product launches, pricing changes, and internal reporting.
