Job summary

JPMorganChase is hiring a Business Analyst for the Performance, Reporting, & Insights (PRI) team in Manila. You will support data analysis, automation, and process documentation, managing ETL and data integrity across platforms. Collaboration with stakeholders and a fast-paced fintech environment are key.

Responsibilities include building Alteryx workflows, creating visualizations, and automating processes with SQL, Python, and Ui-Path in an Agile setting using Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Alteryx, VBS, VBA, Ui-Path, Batch, Tableau, and Looker.
• Experience with Jira & Confluence in an Agile setting.
• Core Designer Certification in Alteryx.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in fast-paced technology or FinTech environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Alteryx workflows for data processing.
• Create insightful data visualizations to support decisions.
• Automate processes using VBS, VBA, SQL, Python, and Ui-Path.
• Document processes using Confluence and SharePoint.
• Address stakeholders' data and reporting inquiries.
• Operate in an Agile environment with Jira and Confluence.
• Draft Business Requirements Documents and define project needs.
• Ensure data privacy and manage data access.
• Extract/transform data from Salesforce and Redshift.
• Present analytical reports and insights to stakeholders.
