Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the Philippines is seeking a Performance Manager to support institutional clients with performance, attribution, and risk analytics across the investment lifecycle. You will link results to client outcomes and elevate reporting standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in banking, business management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience working with institutional clients.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate expertise in the investment lifecycle and analytics for performance and risk.
Conduct performance analyses including attribution and returns against objectives.
Maintain accurate reporting and data integrity for clients.
Interpret workflow exceptions and guide remediation; present findings clearly.
Train staff and clients on performance measurement methodologies and processes.
Foster a positive, collaborative environment and support continuous learning.
Build strong relationships within large, complex organizations.
