Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in designing pay ranges, salary structures and frameworks.
• Leading annual salary review cycles and budget allocations.
• Administering bonus/incentive programs with approved frameworks.
• Experience supporting compensation across multiple countries/regions.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide recommendations.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and urgency.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
