Job summary

ePERFORMAX Contact Centers Corporation in Pasay, Metro Manila, seeks a dedicated Training Facilitator to deliver Global Communications classes, conduct workshops, and assess trainees using the approved curriculum.

You will identify candidate profiles, provide weekly feedback on communication and behavior gaps, and support GCT certifications to ensure ready-to-hire trainees, while handling critical administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• 2-year undergraduate degree (communications arts and education majors preferred) or equivalent call center experience.
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
• Basic or intermediate Training and Facilitation Skills.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and consultative skills.
• Proficient in creating reports and in using MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Global Communications classes using the approved curriculum.
• Conduct on-site or off-site workshops and verbal assessments to profile trainees.
• Moderate communications assessments.
• Facilitate Global Communications Workshops per curriculum.
• Attend calibration training sessions to standardize trainee evaluation.
• Complete administrative tasks vital to departmental processes.
• Identify trainees' strengths and opportunities for development plans.
• Hold weekly feedback sessions to address communication and behavior gaps.
• Execute GCT certifications to provide ready-to-hire trainees.
• Perform ad hoc tasks to support department needs.
