Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks an accomplished Sales & Marketing Head to steer strategic commercial direction for a leading pharmaceutical CDMO in Laguna. The role focuses on revenue growth, overseas business development, and executive client relationships across pharmaceuticals and consumer health.

You will lead marketing, brand positioning, and strategic partnerships with multinational accounts, collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and QA/regulatory, and drive high-value contracts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field.
• MBA or Master's degree is an advantage.
• Strong commercial leadership experience within pharmaceuticals, CDMO, or consumer health.
• Strong preference for candidates with a Generics pharmaceutical background.
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical commercial models, market positioning, and manufacturing capabilities.
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage high-value commercial agreements and strategic accounts.
• Strong commercial analytics and CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic commercial direction and business expansion.
• Identify multinational and regional accounts for growth.
• Pursue contract manufacturing opportunities, out-licensing, and new revenue streams.
• Develop, grow, and diversify commercial accounts to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, QA/Regulatory, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Drive revenue growth and strengthen brand positioning.
