Testing Site - JPMC in Manila seeks a Client Service Analyst to handle daily inquiries, process transactions, and resolve issues in a collaborative environment. You will refer services based on client needs and stay updated on financial products and policies.

Requirements include fluent German, ability to work under pressure, and strong communication skills. This is an onsite role with structured shifts to support 3PM–12MN/1AM MNL time, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with client service operations including transaction processing and problem solving.
• Ability to apply policies to resolve issues and refer services when appropriate.
• Strong communication and probing skills to assess inquiries.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily client inquiries support, process transactions and troubleshoot issues.
• Apply policies to resolve non-routine problems.
• Identify opportunities to refer services based on client needs and market trends.
• Ask probing questions to accurately assess inquiries.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate effectively within a team and communicate professionally.
• Work with multiple applications including MS Windows and Office.
