Job summary

KMC Solutions is hiring a Client Services Specialist in the Philippines. Onsite in the first 30 days, then hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH). Schedule is Mon–Fri, mid shift (11:00 AM–8:00 PM Manila Time). You will manage international client relationships, resolve escalations, and ensure a positive client experience throughout the lifecycle.

The role focuses on proactive service, ownership of client concerns, and collaboration with internal teams to meet client requirements and business reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years in Account Management or Client Services.
• Experience managing existing client accounts.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organized with ownership of issues.
• Experience with international clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts.
• Serve as primary client contact and address needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve requests and escalations.
