Job summary

Symbos Managed Services Inc is actively seeking an experienced Client Relationship Specialist to grow and nurture client partnerships in a dynamic, international client portfolio. The role focuses on driving retention, delivering consistent outcomes, and acting as the primary liaison for client communications.

You will collaborate with internal teams to translate client needs into practical solutions, run regular reviews, and use data to measure performance and identify opportunities for service

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in client relationship management or customer success.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build trust and long-term client partnerships.
• Structured, organised, and detail-oriented approach.
• Experience working with reporting, data, and performance metrics.
• Experience supporting international clients (AU/US exposure is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Act as the main point of contact for client communication and engagement.
• Understand client needs and translate these into actionable solutions.
• Lead regular account check-ins, reporting and performance discussions.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and client outcomes.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain accurate records across CRM and reporting tools.
