Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking a Client Success Associate in the Philippines to manage client relationships, ensure successful delivery of solutions, and maximize satisfaction and retention. You will guide clients through implementation and ongoing use of ConnectOS products, combining strong communication, problem-solving, and project-management skills to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years in client success, account management, customer service, or related field; SaaS or B2B preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: build and maintain strong relationships with clients and serve as the primary contact.
• Solution Delivery and Account Management: ensure timely delivery and communicate project progress to clients.
• Business Growth: identify opportunities to expand solutions within existing accounts and assist upselling/cross-selling.
• Issue Resolution and Support: handle complex requests and escalations with internal teams.
• Client Engagement and Reporting: conduct check-ins and prepare insights/reports on success metrics.
