Job summary

Symbos Managed Services Inc is actively seeking an experienced Client Relationship Specialist to grow and nurture client partnerships in a dynamic, international client portfolio. The role focuses on driving retention, delivering consistent outcomes, and acting as the primary liaison for client communications.

You will collaborate with internal teams to translate client needs into practical solutions, run regular reviews, and use data to measure performance and identify opportunities for service

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in client relationship management or customer success.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build trust and long-term client partnerships.
• Structured, organised, and detail-oriented approach.
• Experience working with reporting, data, and performance metrics.
• Experience supporting international clients (AU/US exposure is a plus).

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Specialist who can build strong client partnerships, drive retention and ensure consistent delivery across a portfolio of accounts. This role is suited to someone who enjoys working closely with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring outcomes are delivered to a high standard.
