We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Global Campaign Executive to provide hands‑on execution support across global B2C and B2B marketing campaigns and partnerships.
This is an operations-focused role responsible for helping campaigns move smoothly from planning through launch. You will work closely with campaign, partnerships, product, legal, brand, and regional teams to coordinate website updates, campaign assets, product configurations, workflows, approvals, SEO activities, and campaign administration.
You will also play an important role in maintaining a unified global marketing calendar, tracking dependencies, and ensuring campaigns are accurate, tested, compliant, and ready to go live.
Upload and maintain website banners, homepage content, promotional assets, and other campaign materials across multiple regions.
Support campaign launches and ensure campaign content is taken down or updated at the appropriate time.
Upload blog content and complete on-page SEO optimisation, including meta titles, meta descriptions, and alt tags.
Support SEO optimisation of digital products and campaign‑related pages based on campaign briefs.
Upload, configure, test, and maintain product SKUs and related product configurations.
Maintain campaign Terms & Conditions, ensuring accuracy, appropriate version control, and alignment with legal requirements.
Coordinate with Legal, Brand, Product, and other stakeholders to ensure campaign materials meet compliance and brand standards before launch.
Build and maintain campaign boards in Monday.com, including project cards, timelines, tasks, and campaign status updates.
Track assets, copy, approvals, and other dependencies across global and regional teams.
Follow up with stakeholders to help ensure deliverables remain on schedule.
Act as a quality checkpoint for campaign execution, ensuring campaigns are tested and cross‑checked prior to launch.
Maintain campaign documentation, templates, processes, and SOPs to support consistent execution.
Support the maintenance of a single, unified marketing calendar across B2C, B2B, partnership, and lifecycle marketing activities.
Provide updates, status reporting, and stakeholder communications relating to campaign activity.
Identify and flag potential campaign clashes, resource constraints, dependencies, and scheduling risks.
At least 3 years of experience in partnership marketing, co-marketing, account management, campaign execution, or a related role.
Experience executing campaigns across multiple markets.
Experience coordinating co-branded campaigns, partner onboarding, or similar cross-functional marketing initiatives.
Experience producing marketing collateral such as pitch decks, one‑pagers, EDMs, and landing pages.
Hands‑on experience with CMS platforms and project management tools such as Monday.com.
Comfortable working with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Google Workspace including Sheets, Docs, and Drive.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Exposure to the fintech, retail, loyalty, or gift card industries is an advantage.

Location: Eastwood, Quezon City
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – onsite at least 10 times per month
Work Schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday
