Job summary

OSM SHIP MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Cadet Program Coordinator to support the Cadet Program. You will ensure cadet and customer requirements are met, coordinate with Crewing on vessel needs, and work with the global Cadet team to implement the program across regions.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in crew Manning or related service, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and an emphasis on training and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing client and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support Cadet Program activities and ensure requirements are met.
• Handle communication with Crewing regarding vessel requirements.
• Coordinate with global Cadet team for global implementation of the program.
• Maintain updates on cadet readiness and training records.
• Assist with rotation planning, relief status, and reporting.
