Digital in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Account Manager (Creative & Content Projects) to lead client relationships and oversee the delivery of high-quality creative work. You will bridge clients and creative teams, translating business needs into clear requirements and ensuring brand-aligned, client-ready output.

In this role you will guide discussions, review work for quality and accuracy, and manage expectations on scope and timelines.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior account management, client services, or creative project/account management.
• Strong background within a creative, advertising, digital, or marketing agency.
• Proven experience managing senior client stakeholders and complex creative projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong creative judgment with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to confidently review and challenge creative work when required.
• Strong understanding of creative workflows, briefing, feedback, and quality control.
• Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage key client relationships and day-to-day communication.
• Lead client discussions to understand objectives, requirements, and priorities.
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable creative briefs.
• Advise clients and manage expectations around scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate closely with designers, copywriters, strategists, and other creative specialists.
• Review creative work for quality, accuracy, brand alignment, and overall effectiveness.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback and creative direction to internal teams.
• Consolidate and manage client feedback, revisions, and approvals.
• Identify risks, gaps, or unclear requirements early and recommend solutions.
• Ensure all deliverables are polished and client-ready.
