BIM Lead – Design & Engineering Production Hub, Philippines
Job Description Summary
Cushman & Wakefield is establishing a Design and Engineering Production Hub in the Philippines to support its Project & Development Services, Data Centre Group and Building Engineering Services teams. The Hub will provide modelling, drawing, engineering and document production support to hub offices, with an initial workload of international projects. Over time, it is intended to grow into a full design and engineering centre supporting hub offices with project delivery. The BIM Lead establishes and owns the Hub’s BIM environment, sets up project models and standards, and leads the BIM technician team, working closely with the Production Hub Team Leader.
Set up and manage the Hub’s BIM and Revit environment, including templates, families, standards and model set-up for each project. Lead model coordination across disciplines, manage the BIM technicians, and ensure models and drawings meet project and client requirements across multiple international projects.
