Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in billing, compliance, accounting support or similar functions.
• Solid understanding of billing, accounting practices, compliance procedures and financial documentation.
• Proficiency with pay applications, preliminary notices, lien releases, sub-tier reviews and payment documentation.
• Strong communication with international stakeholders and meticulous record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned operational activities per internal controls and performance expectations.
• Assess records to ensure documentation is complete and ready for processing.
• Verify materials such as preliminary notices, lien releases and payment documents.
• Maintain current documentation statuses and pursue outstanding requirements.
• Produce reports, trackers, and financial records; coordinate across accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contacts to close gaps.
