Job summary

Xerox is seeking a Proposal Manager in Cebu City to lead the proposal development process for multi-million dollar deals. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, and ensure high-quality, compliant, Xerox-branded proposals.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and project management skills. Responsibilities include facilitating kickoff and status meetings, maintaining the Bid Planner, and guiding teams through content creation and submission.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Pursuit Project: act as the primary contact for the team; facilitate and guide through proposal development; schedule kickoff and checkpoint meetings.
• Assemble and update Bid Planner Workbook with guidance and governance for proposal development.
• Lead cadence calls to ensure target completion dates and tasks.
• Manage content: review, edit, and rewrite RFx responses; provide quality assurance for content from SMEs and proposal consultant.
• Develop RFx responses (RFP, RFI, RFQ) and ensure compliance with requirements.
