Job summary

Xerox in Cebu City, Philippines is seeking a Sales Support Representative to back our sales teams and partners. You will handle day-to-day inquiries, pricing details, product recommendations, and order support to keep bids and programs on track.

Ideal candidates are organized, customer-focused, and comfortable collaborating with internal teams in a fast-paced BPO environment. This role offers full-time, on-site work and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• College graduate or bachelor's degree holder.
• At least 2 years of relevant BPO, sales support, customer service, or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with sales teams, customers, partners, and other departments.
• Familiarity with CRM and order management systems; Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers and sales teams with day-to-day customer and partner needs.
• Provide information on products, pricing, promotions, programs, inventory, and orders.
• Create and manage special bids, rebate claims, and sales support requests.
• Track sales performance, inventory, orders, and product consumption and provide updates to Account Managers.
• Manage shared mailboxes and customer or partner cases from request through resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve pricing, order, supply chain, and technical support concerns.
• Recommend products based on customer requirements.
• Prepare presentations, flyers, product information, and other materials to support sales activities.
• Maintain accurate information and ensure requests are completed efficiently and on time.
