Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking a seasoned Proposal Manager to lead and coordinate the proposal development process for high-value deals. You will act as primary contact for Pursuit Team and guide content creation, deadlines and governance to ensure a Xerox-branded, compliant submission.

The role requires strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and experience with RFX/bid processes, Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and document control.

Qualifications

• College graduate with project management orientation.
• Experience in facilitating cross-functional meetings.
• Proven ability to manage multiple proposals and deadlines.
• Knowledge of BMPP process and document production tools.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Pursuit Project: act as primary point of contact and guide the team through proposal development, including kick-off and check-point meetings.
• Schedule cadence calls to track target completion dates and tasks.
• Assemble and update Bid Planner Workbook and governance structures for proposal development.
• Manage content: review, edit and rewrite RFx content and provide QA for material from SMEs.
• Develop RFx responses (RFP/RFI/RFQ) and ensure compliance with requirements.
