Job summary

3M Global Business Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support global B2B customers. You will manage the Order-to-Cash journey, including inquiries, order support, delivery coordination, and issue resolution across international markets.

You will work with cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, and Customer Operations to deliver a great customer experience, while developing skills in analytics, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2+ years in customer service or sales with diploma.
• Experience using ERP and CRM systems in a business environment.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between 3M and customers across the Order-to-Cash process.
• Handle order entry, status, pricing, shipping, and inventory inquiries.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams via phone, chat, and email.
• Identify patterns, escalate issues, and contribute to process improvements.
