Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma with 2+ years in customer service or sales.
• Experience using ERP and CRM systems.
• Strong English communication and problem-solving mindset.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the entire order process from entry to delivery.
• Handle order entry, status updates, pricing, shipping, and inventory issues.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams via phone, chat, and email.
• Manage worklists and internal tickets; resolve data issues.
• Educate customers on processes and price changes; resolve complex inquiries.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by addressing patterns and root causes.
• Support Premium and Strategic Key Accounts as needed.
• Contribute to process and tool improvements; participate in meetings.
