Work spans across Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, and Shared Services. You’ll communicate in English and your designated language, collaborating with global teams to improve service delivery and customer experience

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Order Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Shared Services, or related field.
• Fluent in at least one required language and proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Support global B2B customers across inquiries, orders, deliveries, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
• Communicate with customers in your designated language and in English.
• Collaborate with global teams to improve service delivery and customer experience.
• Build experience across Order-to-Cash, supply chain, logistics, commercial operations, and shared services.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to work smarter and drive improvements.
