Job summary

ISS STOXX in Manila is seeking a Collections Team Lead to monitor, motivate, and train the team, ensuring monthly goals are met. You will report to the Collections Head within the Revenue Control Department, guiding staff performance and client communications.

The role requires 6+ years in B2B collections, 3+ years in leadership, and strong Excel/NetSuite/SAP/Salesforce experience. Hybrid work setup in the Philippines is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• At least 6 years of B2B collections experience; skip tracing a plus.
• At least 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in managing a B2B collections team.
• Strong MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with NetSuite, SAP and/or Salesforce.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the collections team; set KPIs and goals.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Deliver effective client communications regarding debts.
• Escalate issues and coordinate with Billing, Cash App, and Sales.
• Monitor accounts for escalations and analyze data for client communication.
• Update collections in NetSuite; support collections manager.
