Job summary

Stagwell Philippines is seeking a motivated Collections Team Lead to manage the AR collections function within our finance team. You will drive strategies to improve collection efficiency, monitor metrics, and negotiate plans with customers while ensuring compliance and cross-department collaboration.

The role requires 5+ years in AR collections, 2+ years in supervision, and strong leadership and analytical skills, with proficiency in SAP/Oracle and MS Office in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in AR collections with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the AR collections team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce outstanding receivables.
• Monitor and analyze collection metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Handle escalated collection issues and negotiate payment plans with customers as needed.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Billing to resolve collection-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance collections effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
• Prepare and present reports on collection performance and trends to senior management.
