RSD Human Resource Management Consultancy in Pasay is seeking a Team Lead for B2B Collections (Lease/Loan). You will lead the B2B collections team, develop strategies, monitor performance, and collaborate with other departments to resolve disputes and ensure timely payments.

The role is on-site with 2-4 years in B2B collections, a Bachelor’s in Finance or Business Administration, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-4 years experience in B2B collections or related field.
• Strong knowledge of collection campaigns and BPO/Call Center processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the B2B collections team to ensure timely collection of lease and loan payments.
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies and campaigns.
• Monitor team performance and provide training and guidance to improve collection rates.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve disputes and facilitate payment processes.
• Prepare reports and analyze data to assess team efficiency and effectiveness.
