Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in tech/logistics/BPO management with process improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred.
• Proven team leadership and mentoring.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global audit team across multiple regions to ensure effective audit processes.
• Prioritize tasks, track progress, and ensure timely deliverables.
• Measure weekly/monthly performance against KPI targets using data.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and scale operations.
• Mentor teams and address escalation related to production issues.
• Create and update SOPs and training materials for the audit function.
• Prepare for audits and conduct performance reviews where applicable.
