Job summary

Trax Technologies is seeking an Audit Supervisor to lead a team of Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. You will oversee the end-to-end audit process, address exceptions, and ensure customer-level metric targets are met.

You will allocate tasks, run weekly planning sessions, monitor performance, and mentor staff to deliver high-quality service while maintaining SOPs and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in logistics and financial analysis; ERP/MRP exposure.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Ability to work across time zones and shifting schedules (24/5 coverage).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
• Ensure efficient execution of Trax's audit process and resolve audit exceptions.
• Plan tasks, review KPI reports, and monitor service levels.
• Escalate carrier and customer inquiries and maintain SOPs.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and audit-ready records.
• Mentor and coach team members and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare for audit reviews and participate in team meetings.
