Job summary

Trax Technologies seeks a Sr. Audit Manager to lead global audit teams and drive performance across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. You will standardize processes, measure operational performance, and leverage data to optimize client and carrier engagement.

You will mentor auditors, manage CAPAs, and spearhead automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy in audit operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years' experience managing teams in technology, logistics or BPO with focus on process improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or related certification preferred.
• Proven mentoring and leadership experience with strong people skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients, carriers and stakeholders.
• Experience leading projects and implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead global audit teams across Asia, Europe, and the Americas to execute Trax's audit process and resolve exceptions.
• Drive performance planning, KPI measurement, and weekly/monthly/quarterly performance analysis.
• Mentor teams and serve as escalation for rate card, rating and rules issues to reduce non-value add work.
• Facilitate training and ensure CAPA documentation and SOPs are up to date.
• Lead process documentation and SOP maintenance in company repositories.
• Prepare for audit reviews and lead performance improvement initiatives.
