Job summary

Trax Technologies in Cebu, Philippines, is seeking a Logistics Team Lead to supervise a global data analytics and auditing team. You will oversee freight audit processes, ensure accuracy and quality, and drive continuous improvement across international client accounts.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of leadership experience in logistics, strong English communication, and proficiency in Excel and ERP/TMS systems. Onsite with rotating shifts is required to support 24/5 operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
2–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, freight audit, financial analysis, or customer service operations.
Previous experience in Team Lead, Supervisor, or Leadership roles preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and core office applications.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors across international client accounts.
Plan, prioritize, and allocate workloads to meet audit deliverables and SLAs.
Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee freight audit processes with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
Develop and maintain SOPs and performance reports for stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
