Job summary

Trax Inc. is seeking a Director/Sr. Audit Manager to lead global audit teams responsible for audit processes, performance management, and continuous improvement. You will identify gaps, standardize procedures, and drive data-driven strategies to improve efficiency and client engagement.

The role focuses on coordinating cross-regional teams, delivering KPI targets, and mentoring staff while implementing automation to reduce non-value add work and support scalable audit operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years' experience in a managerial capacity within technology, logistics or BPO.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global audit team across Asia, Europe, and the Americas to execute the audit process and resolve audit exceptions.
• Prioritize tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Measure performance against KPI targets using data from Trax platforms.
• Mentor teams, act as escalation point for rate cards, ratings and rules issues.
• Drive process improvements and automation to scale audit operations.
