Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting in Cebu seeks a Senior Audit Manager to lead global audit operations from the Cebu site. You will manage audit teams across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, drive performance, and implement improvements.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and hands-on experience with process optimization, CAPA, and SOP development; immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years managerial experience in technology, logistics, or BPO with process improvement exposure.
• Strong people management and mentoring experience.
• Experience leading projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of process improvement tools and methodologies.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is advantageous.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Can start immediately, if possible.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit teams across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
• Monitor performance against KPI and service level targets.
• Analyze operational data to identify gaps and improvements.
• Lead process standardization and automation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to simplify manual reports and tasks.
• Act as escalation point for client, carrier, and audit concerns.
• Mentor and coach team members to improve performance.
• Facilitate training on performance management and tools.
• Manage CAPA and ensure timely actions.
• Create and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide direction to direct reports.
