iQor is seeking an Assessment Coordinator for the Global Recruiting COE. The role oversees day-to-day administration and governance of assessment solutions used across geographies, programs and clients, ensuring configuration consistency and reliable results.

You will manage requests, update assessments, support question banks and scoring methods, and coordinate testing with vendors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in recruiting operations, assessment administration, HR technology, learning/measurement, data analysis or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in assessment administration, recruiting operations, HR technology, talent assessment, learning/measurement, or related systems support.
• Hands-on experience configuring or administering assessment platforms, recruiting systems, or comparable business applications.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to understand scoring models and distributions.
• Experience with language proficiency, typing, skills or pre-employment assessment platforms is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage intake, prioritization and fulfillment of assessment requests from Recruiting, Operations, clients and other approved stakeholders.
• Build, configure, update and maintain assessments within approved assessment platforms, including scoring settings and workflows.
• Maintain assessment question banks and content with version control and calibration.
• Support the development and maintenance of scoring methodologies, thresholds and decision rules.
• Coordinate benchmarking and calibration exercises and document threshold changes.
• Clarify competencies and hiring criteria with stakeholders before configuration.
• Assist client and stakeholder questions regarding assessment structure and platform functionality.
• Coordinate with vendors on configuration questions, defects, and feature requests.
• Test new assessments and changes before production use; document results for approvals.
• Maintain inventory of active assessments, versions, owners and approval status.
