The specialist helps ensure assessments are configured consistently, changes are controlled, results are reliable and assessment solutions remain aligned with approved business requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage intake, prioritization and fulfillment of assessment requests from Recruiting, Operations, clients and other approved stakeholders.

  • Build, configure, update and maintain assessments within approved assessment platforms, including skills/components, question selection, timing, scoring settings, thresholds and workflows.

  • Maintain assessment question banks and approved content, including version control, categorization, difficulty/level mapping and controlled randomization where supported.

  • Support the development and maintenance of scoring methodologies, proficiency thresholds and decision rules based on approved business requirements.

  • Coordinate benchmarking and calibration exercises, including collection and analysis of employee/candidate results and documentation of approved threshold changes.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to clarify the intended use of an assessment, required competencies, target proficiency levels and hiring decision criteria before configuration.

  • Support client and stakeholder questions regarding assessment structure, scoring, question design, candidate experience, completion time, benchmarking and platform functionality.

  • Coordinate with assessment vendors on configuration questions, defects, feature requests, product changes, scoring logic and technical issues.

  • Test new assessments, configuration changes, question‑bank updates and vendor releases before production use; document results and obtain required approvals.

  • Maintain an inventory of active assessments, versions, owners, intended populations, scoring thresholds and approval status.

  • Monitor assessment completion, pass rates, score distributions and other relevant performance indicators to identify unusual patterns or potential configuration/data issues.

  • Coordinate assessment data uploads, exports and reconciliation when required and work with Analytics/Technology teams on reporting and data‑quality issues.

  • Maintain assessment SOPs, configuration standards, request forms, change logs, testing evidence and supporting documentation.

  • Apply approved access, privacy, data‑handling and retention requirements to assessment administration.

  • Recommend improvements to assessment configuration, administration, candidate experience and governance based on usage trends, stakeholder feedback and vendor capabilities.

Skills Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in assessment administration, recruiting operations, HR technology, talent assessment, learning/measurement, or related systems support.

  • At least 2 years of hands‑on experience configuring or administering assessment platforms, recruiting systems, or comparable business applications.

  • Experience working with assessment scoring, thresholds, pass rates, benchmarking/calibration, question banks, or test‑performance data is strongly preferred.

  • Experience administering assessment platforms, recruiting technology or comparable business systems.

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to understand scoring models, thresholds, pass rates and score distributions.

  • Strong attention to detail and disciplined configuration, testing and documentation practices.

  • Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into clear assessment configurations and explain assessment logic to nontechnical audiences.

  • Strong stakeholder‑management and vendor‑coordination skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel, including data validation, lookup functions, pivot tables and basic analysis.

  • Ability to handle candidate and employee information responsibly and follow established privacy and access requirements.

  • Hands‑on experience with pre‑employment or talent‑assessment platforms; experience with language, communication, typing, skills, or job‑specific assessment tools is preferred.

  • Strong Excel capability, including lookups, pivot tables, data validation, reconciliation, conditional logic, and analysis of score/pass‑rate distributions.

  • Working experience with ATS and/or recruiting CRM platforms and understanding of how assessment results flow through the candidate journey.

  • Experience with reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or comparable platforms is preferred.

  • Experience with ticketing/vendor‑support tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, or comparable systems is useful.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint for documentation, stakeholder support, governance, and knowledge management.

  • Experience with language‑proficiency, communication, typing, skills or pre‑employment assessment platforms.

  • Familiarity with CEFR or other proficiency frameworks and assessment benchmarking/calibration concepts.

  • Experience with high‑volume recruiting or BPO/contact‑center hiring environments.

  • Experience supporting multiple assessment tools, countries, programs or client‑specific requirements.

  • Exposure to ATS/CRM integrations and assessment reporting.

Education Requirements:
