Job summary

iQor is seeking a Global Recruiting Assessment Coordinator to own day-to-day administration and governance of recruiting assessment solutions across geographies, programs, and clients. You will manage assessment requests, configure platforms, maintain question banks, support benchmarking and calibration, and serve as the central contact for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in recruiting operations, assessment administration, HR technology, learning/measurement or related discipline.
• Experience configuring or administering assessment platforms or recruiting systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake, prioritization and fulfillment of assessment requests from Recruiting, Operations, clients and other approved stakeholders.
• Build, configure, update and maintain assessments within approved assessment platforms, including skills/components, question selection, timing, scoring settings, thresholds and workflows.
• Maintain assessment question banks and approved content with version control and controlled randomization.
• Support development of scoring methodologies, proficiency thresholds and decision rules.
• Coordinate benchmarking and calibration exercises with stakeholders.
