Job summary

iQor Philippines seeks an Recruiting Enablement Consultant to drive user readiness and adoption of new recruiting technology across global rollouts. You will translate approved processes into scalable enablement, work with Trainers, Country Leads and SMEs, and coordinate readiness, certification and go-live activities.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in learning and development, change enablement, organizational change, technology adoption, HR/recruiting operations, or implementation support.
• At least 2–3 years of experience supporting system or process rollouts, across multiple sites/countries.
• Experience with train-the-trainer programs, SME readiness and learning-content development.
• Experience with LMS or training-certification platforms.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and change-management methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop global and geography-specific enablement plans aligned with rollout waves and go-live schedules.
• Conduct training-needs assessments and identify adoption risks and local considerations.
• Translate SOPs and process maps into effective training content with the Trainer.
• Review materials and ensure alignment with approved processes.
• Coordinate train-the-trainer approaches for Country Leads and SMEs.
• Track readiness, certification, completion, and follow-up actions.
• Establish local training plans, schedules, lists and completion tracking.
• Ensure users complete required training before go-live and escalate gaps.
• Provide inputs to Go/No-Go discussions and readiness checks.
• Create communications explaining changes and where to obtain support.
• Coordinate post-go-live support, refreshers and reinforcement actions.
• Gather feedback to identify opportunities for further enablement.
