Job summary

The Citco Group of Companies is a worldwide group of independent financial service providers serving hedge funds and other clients. The Windows Infrastructure Support Analyst will provide Applications Support across divisions, handling tickets, documenting processes, and coordinating with vendors for issue resolution.

The role blends technical support with business operations, requiring proactive ownership and collaboration across IT and business teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum three years’ experience in applications and Windows infrastructure support (focus on Windows Servers and IIS).
• Experience with data management, SQL queries and data migration for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administer and resolve support requests from the Service Desk.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of business applications supported.
• Prepare user documentation and upgrades for applications.
• Install client components on user machines and resolve related issues.
• Act as liaison between business users, technical support, and vendors.
• Participate in upgrade discussions and new functionality introductions.
• Provide information to aid troubleshooting performance issues.
• Assist in testing and release processes with business units.
