Job summary

Aurecon Group in Manila seeks a Technology Experience Specialist to provide local and remote IT support with a focus on customer service and user adoption. You will link business needs to IT advice and services, handling incidents and planning technical activities.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in IT, strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, VMware, AutoCAD, and ITIL processes, plus excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Flexible working arrangements are available.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in commercial Information Technology, including Level 2 desktop support in a customer-facing environment.
Experience handling major incidents and business-critical outages.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in a managed services environment and with CMS is an advantage.
Proficiency with Windows OS, Office 365, VMware, networking, and peripherals.
Familiarity with ITIL service delivery framework and strong written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide local and remote support to Aurecon offices globally, focusing on customer service and user adoption.
Resolve incidents, manage cases to resolution, and escalate when required.
Maintain accurate incident records and participate in continual IT process improvements.
Support technical activities and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
Communicate effectively with clients and teammates, including senior staff.
