Job summary

Arbitrail MNL Inc. is seeking an IT Support professional to provide technical support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for company equipment and network across multiple offices in the Philippines.

The role covers Windows and macOS environments, device deployment for new hires, user account management, and first-level application support, with onsite work in Makati and Ortigas and periodic travel to the Binmaley office.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in IT
2+ years IT support, service desk or similar role
Excellent English communication, written and verbal
Ability to handle multiple requests and prioritize
Knowledge of Windows and macOS, hardware, software, networking
Experience in IT asset management, equipment deployment, inventory tracking and onboarding/offboarding
Familiarity with device management and monitoring tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and customer service skills
Willing to work onsite in Makati and Ortigas and travel to Binmaley as scheduled

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, OS and network connectivity
Troubleshoot issues across Windows and macOS environments
Set up, configure and deploy laptops and devices for new hires
Manage user accounts, permissions and licenses
Assess internet connectivity requirements and recommend providers and plans
Improve network performance, reliability and security
Provide first-level support for business applications and escalate complex issues
Manage and update support tickets and communicate resolution progress
