Job summary

Maersk is seeking an Air Operations & FinOps Team Lead for the NAM/LAM region, based onsite in Pasig City. You will lead a team of specialists, managing air export/import processes, billing accuracy, and KPI performance while ensuring compliance with global SOPs and customer SLAs.

The role requires 3–5 years in Air Operations / FinOps, strong analytical skills, and proven leadership. Night shift availability and a proactive, process-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Air Operations / Air FinOps.
• Experience leading small teams or acting as SME is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder handling skills across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of specialists, ensuring high engagement and performance.
• Oversee end-to-end Air OPS processes (booking, documentation, milestones, manifesting, handover, cargo release).
• Oversee timely and accurate SO/PO creation, cost posting, and customer invoicing.
• Monitor KPI dashboards and present weekly performance updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure SOPs, SLAs, and WI are updated and adhered to.
