Job summary

EFL Global in Pasay City is seeking an Air Freight Executive – Import & Export to coordinate end-to-end air shipments. You will manage bookings, documentation, and shipment visibility, while ensuring regulatory compliance and seamless communication with customers, airlines, and internal teams.

The role requires knowledge of air freight processes, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. On-site work setup in Pasay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Knowledge of air freight operations, airline procedures, and customs clearance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; CargoWise experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air freight import and export shipments from booking to final delivery.
• Prepare and process air freight documentation, including AWB and manifests.
• Ensure timely compliance with airline, customs, and regulatory requirements.
• Update shipment records in CargoWise and maintain documentation.
• Liaise with customers, airlines, overseas agents, brokers, and internal teams.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide status updates.
• Support customs clearance, invoicing, and reconciliation processes.
• Ensure service levels meet customer expectations through timely communication.

Role Description

We are seeking an Air Freight Executive – Import & Export to join EFL Philippines in our Pasay City office. The role is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end movement of air freight shipments, ensuring timely bookings, accurate documentation, shipment visibility, regulatory compliance, and seamless coordination with customers, airlines, overseas agents, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate air freight import and export shipments from booking to final delivery.
• Prepare and process air freight documentation, including Air Waybills (AWB), manifests, and shipment-related documents.
• Ensure timely and accurate compliance with airline, customs, and regulatory requirements.
• Update shipment records in CargoWise and maintain complete operational documentation.
• Liaise with customers, airlines, overseas agents, brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Monitor shipment progress, provide status updates, and proactively resolve operational issues.
• Support customs clearance, invoicing, billing, and shipment reconciliation processes.
• Ensure service levels and customer expectations are met through timely communication and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
• Knowledge of air freight operations, airline procedures, shipping documentation, and customs clearance processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CargoWise experience is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize multiple shipments and meet tight deadlines.
