Job summary

Smadex is seeking a FinOps & Admin Specialist for APAC, based in Manila. The role covers end-to-end AR/AP, billing, collections, month-end close, and collaboration with global FinOps across APAC.

You’ll help with onboarding, billing data coordination with sales and AdOps, and general admin duties. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in finance operations, strong Excel and NetSuite skills, and excellent English; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of finance operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software like NetSuite.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable and payable cycles for APAC clients, including billing, collections, and month-end close activities.
• Liaise with global FinOps for compliance, assist audits, and monitor client payments; support onboarding and admin tasks.
