Lean Solutions Group in Manila is seeking an Air Freight Import Specialist to manage end-to-end import operations, customs clearance, and global forwarding logistics, coordinating with airlines and agents to ensure timely transit from origin to destination.

You will maintain real-time shipment records, provide proactive updates to clients, and support export flows as needed, contributing to efficiency and compliant operations in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in air freight forwarding with hands-on import operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to time-sensitive cargo and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal English for international liaison.

Responsibilities

• Manage air import shipments: booking, MAWB/HAWB, documents, and tracking.
• Coordinate with airlines, handlers, and overseas agents to secure space.
• Review invoices, packing lists, and documents for customs compliance.
• Coordinate customs clearance with brokers and authorities.
• Process pre-alerts, arrival notices, and delivery orders.
• Maintain logs and shipment tracking in real time.
• Provide proactive customer updates and resolve transit issues.
• Support air export and cross-functional logistics when needed.
